Throughout my career, I've provided thoughtful user-centered deliverables utilizing a broad range of methodologies to my clients and their customers in industries. Likewise, my project deliverables are wildly diverse, but I apply a consistent approach of design thinking to rapidly onboard and synthesize information regardless of the industry, project or product. I'm endlessly curious and excited to continually learn new skills, products, approaches and ways of working.
Although I've worked within a variety of teams and projects, I find a unifying purpose in my work through my empathy and passionate commitment to my users. I bring to my work the ability to see the world including myself with a clear and objective eye and the hope that I can make things better, one project at a time.

Through research, user interviews, competitive analysis, design iterations and empathy, I led the product design within my Product Triad —transforming form-based customer journeys to a canvas-based application that was both powerful and visually appealing.
Kroger’s product team needed to rapidly stand up processes for grocery pickup during the first months of COVID lockdown. My consulting role required the ability to zoom in and out from high level to personal level when considering both the connected systems and navigate highly complex corporate systems.
Hired on a long-term contract to lead the Product Design (UX) for the In-Home Advisor application, my deliverables included Wireframes, Prototypes, UX / UI Design and Design Systems Library.
Working with a distributed startup in the Space Technology industry, I contributed wireframes, surveys and design systems for satellite tracking screens used by the US Air Force.
Consulting with a cross-collaborative UX team, I led the efforts to establish a thoughtful initial Design Systems Library during a global redsign for HealthPartners and their multiple affiliated brands.
For the US Bank Customer Connect team, I partnered closely with Accessibility experts to create a Chatbot that not only met industry requirements but learned via machine learning / AI.
Provided UX Lead Design, including wireframes, protypes and Design Systems in Lean Agile team (onsite at Mirum Agency / JWT). Extensive user testing and end-user advocacy.
I worked with the team at Carmichael Lynch on the expansive site redesign, including journey maps, site audits, navigation, wireframes and Pattern Library.
I was hired on to provide UX / IA and Visual Design services for the Best Buy / GSoD Smart Home project, a high- visibility product focused on consumer-facing service design solutions.
I worked extensively with the Target Retail Design Systems Library (Atomic Design) and created UX Teamplates for complex Cart and Checkout customer journeys within Target's onsite UX Team.
