I was hired on to provide UX / IA and Visual Design services for the Best Buy / GSoD Smart Home project, a high- visibility product focused on consumer-facing service design solutions.
My project involvement included: brainstorming sessions, IA / UX guidance to Business Stakeholders and Development, mentorship of junior designers and cross-team collaboration. My process included whiteboarding sessions, flowcharts, diagrams and wireframes.

Best Buy brought me in to map out the entire journey of customers scheduling Geek Squad in-home visits, from the Customer Landing Page to Appointment Scheduling to Chat. This highly visible project, although complex, had an aggressive timeline and required an experienced UX / Visual Design Lead to hit the ground running.
