I was hired on to provide UX / IA and Visual Design services for the Best Buy / Connected / Smart Home project, a high- visibility product focused on consumer-facing service design solutions.
My project involvement included: brainstorming sessions, IA / UX guidance to Business Stakeholders and Development, mentorship of junior designers and cross-team collaboration. My process included whiteboarding sessions, flowcharts, diagrams and wireframes.
